If you do not feel worthy of healing, you will block your healing. If you do not feel worthy of love, you will block your capacity to receive love. If you do not feel worthy of abundance, you will block the flow of abundance.

If you do not feel worthy of ease, peace, or joy, you will manifest struggle and scarcity.

You won’t book the trip. The manicure. The massage. You won’t buy the dress. You won’t take the nap, do the journaling, or meditate or pray. You won’t invest in the coach or yourself.

The list goes on.

The worthiness wound runs deep for so many of us and is the root of much shame and judgment. It is the root of perfectionism and not good enough.

It is the root of DOing doing doing, rather than allowing yourself to simply BE.

You are worthy simply because you Are.

My name means Worthy of Love, so yes this has very much been my journey. One of reclamation and remembrance and returning to Love.
